All sessions are claimable through private health insurance, depending on your level of cover.

Every session is delivered in a safe, respectful, and clinical environment, with a strong focus on your comfort, privacy, and wellbeing.

What does treatment feel like?

Treatments are generally calm and supportive.

If your body is holding tension, some areas may feel uncomfortable as we work through them. This is always done within your comfort level and adjusted based on how your body responds.

The goal is to find the right balance between comfort and effectiveness, so your body can properly release tension and achieve longer-lasting results.

We offer multiple convenient payment options:

Cash and Card Payments - we accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfer.

Health Fund Rebates - Claimable with most private health insurers.

HICAPS available - Instant health fund claims for eligible providers.

Health Insurance and Rebates

We are registered with major Australian health funds, allowing you to claim a rebate for remedial massage services. Check with your provider for eligibility. 

How to claim:

1. Pay for your session upfront.

2. Receive a receipt with provider details.

3. Submit your claim through your health fund's app or website.

For HICAPS enabled claims, you can claim your rebate instantly at our clinic! Make sure to bring your health fund card along or able to get the card digitally through your health fund's app or website.

Cancellation and No show Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the smooth operation of our practice, please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows: A 100% cancellation fee applies if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if the client does not show up.

  • Exceptions for Illness or Emergencies: If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.

  • Sending Someone in Your Place: If you are unable to attend but can arrange for someone else to take your appointment, the cancellation fee will be waived. Please notify us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
